URC Remembrance

Remembrance in the URC has two important events in 2018. The Festival of Remembrance where the stories of those whose names are on our War Memorials in the Church were relayed wonderfully by Anne Dick. This was followed by the Civic Service at the Church which was another successful musical event

Some Highlights from our Festival of Remembrance - some music was recorded during practice sessions - music includes 617 Squadron, Elgar Nimrod and RBL March (and a very early practice session of John Williams Hymn for the Fallen)

A couple of short clips of our service & rehearsals of music played in the service but recorded outside the service - music includes Purcell When I am laid in earth, the wonderful and emotional Highland Cathedral and some Hymns
